Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 2026

These terms apply to every order placed with Tullara. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Who we are

Tullara is a UK-based online retailer. You can reach us at orders@tullara.co.uk for anything to do with an order, a return, or these terms.

Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is pending until we review and accept it.
  • A contract is formed only when we accept the order and take payment. Until then we may decline the order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot verify the delivery details.
  • If we decline your order, you are not charged. Where a payment has been taken in error we refund it in full to the original payment method.

Pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored on our systems. Where available you may pay in instalments through Klarna or Clearpay, subject to their own terms and eligibility checks.
  • Discount codes are single-purpose, may carry a minimum spend or expiry date, and can be withdrawn at any time before an order is accepted.
  • Obvious pricing errors are not binding. If a price is clearly wrong we will contact you before accepting the order.

Delivery

We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Timeframes, dispatch arrangements and what happens if something arrives late are set out in our Delivery Information.

Returns and cancellation

You normally have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to send items back. Perishable food and certain sealed goods are excluded. Full detail is in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product descriptions and images

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and packaging or minor supplier details may change. Where a supplier changes a specification materially we will tell you before dispatch or offer a refund.

Our liability

  • We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
  • We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights over faulty or misdescribed goods.
  • We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit, since our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Reviews you post must be your own honest experience of a product you bought; we may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or not a genuine review.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
